      @@CherylNewton-zb9mf this is just a guide on what muscles to work. There are a lot of different ways you can work these muscles and organize your workout. I have programs that lay it all out for you.

      @@DBJgq7qb I have programs that are full body focused but they do split up workouts throughout the week, so not every workout is full body. Some are, and there are also some only upper or only lower days.

    She could have incorporated shoulder press with the sumo squat or elevated heel squat, thus hitting shoulders, triceps, traps in one movement . I woukd have replaced shoulder press biceps/ triceps
