Hi, I'm Stacey. I'm 42 years old, a mom of 4, and a fitness enthusiast. I like to feel and function my best and movement is a big part of that - I want to help you find workouts you don't dread and even look forward to. I am a certified group fitness instructor teaching a variety of formats. I like to make movement fun with great music, modifiable for all, and of course, safe and effective. @@CherylNewton-zb9mf this is just a guide on what muscles to work. There are a lot of different ways you can work these muscles and organize your workout. I have programs that lay it all out for you.

@@DBJgq7qb I have programs that are full body focused but they do split up workouts throughout the week, so not every workout is full body. Some are, and there are also some only upper or only lower days.
